Phoenix Police reported that a person was found dead Saturday, Nov. 2, at a park near 23rd Avenue and Cactus Road.
Police responded to calls in the morning about an injured individual at the park. Upon arrival, they discovered the person had died.
Detectives have launched an investigation.
