Without incident, authorities apprehended Travis and subsequently transported him to Merrimack County Department of Corrections. He is currently awaiting a bail hearing scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

Travis had an outstanding warrant from the 6th District Court – Concord for committing burglary at night and theft of firearms. Additionally, he had a warrant from the Grafton County Superior Court for failing to appear on previous charges of burglary and being in possession of a firearm as a felon.

After Travis was arrested, the USMS Task Force and Rockingham County Sheriff’s Deputies gathered information that led to the capture of two additional fugitives in the Seacoast region.

Michael Rand, 39, was wanted for violating federal supervised release conditions linked to a conviction for fentanyl distribution in 2022. After serving two years in prison, Rand reportedly expressed to federal officials that he would not willingly go back to jail. Law enforcement officers located Rand as he was leaving a hotel in western Portsmouth and apprehended him during a motor vehicle stop on the Spaulding Turnpike. His court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

Abdul Rodriguez, a 48-year-old individual, was apprehended at a residence located on Mill Street in Rochester. In an attempt to escape, Rodriguez made an unsuccessful effort to flee through a rear window. Eventually, he sought refuge in the basement and subsequently surrendered to the officers who were present at the scene. Following his apprehension, Rodriguez was transported to the Strafford County DOC to address a state parole warrant.

Rodriguez possesses a significant criminal record, which comprises offenses like unlicensed concealed firearms possession, narcotics distribution, resisting arrest, and falsifying reports. Additionally, he had evaded supervision linked to several drug convictions dating back to 2015.
