A suspected drug dealer has been detained in Harris County, according to the Harris County Constables Office Precinct 4.
On Saturday, deputies were dispatched to North Sam Houston Parkway near Antoine Drive in North Houston after receiving allegations of a suspicious person selling drugs and armed with a gun.
When deputies arrived, they discovered a male matching the description. Fabian Middleton, 31, has been identified.
Throughout the inquiry, Middleton was carrying a rucksack containing a loaded revolver, 100 grams of cocaine, roughly five ounces of marijuana, and approximately 2,000 grams of promethazine.
Police detained him and lodged him at the Harris County Jail. He has been charged with possessing with intent to supply, being a felon in possession of a handgun, and possessing marijuana.
His bond is set at $68,000.
