Border Patrol stopped a car west of Nogales, Arizona, and arrested two men for human smuggling. The incident occurred on Saturday evening, involving a Ford Fusion accused of trafficking illegal aliens.
According to officials, agents from the Nogales Station saw the vehicle on Ruby Road and stopped it on reasonable suspicion for an immigration inspection. Inside, agents discovered six adults—four women and two men—who were all Mexican nationals and illegally present in the United States. A Mexican youngster was also in the automobile without legal status.

The driver and front passenger, brothers from Nogales, were arrested and accused of human smuggling. The apprehended persons, along with the car, were taken to the Nogales Station for additional processing.
All seven illegal aliens, including the kid, are currently facing removal proceedings.
Several of the adults discovered in the van will be key witnesses in the federal case against the brothers. Bringing in, transporting, or harboring illegal aliens is a felony violation under 8 U.S.C. § 1324, punishable by imprisonment.
