2 Women Detained In Pleasant Prairie Stolen After U-haul Stopped After 100 Mph Pursuit In Wisconsin

In January, law enforcement caught two women, one from Florida and the other from Wisconsin, after they eluded police in a stolen U-Haul and drove at speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour.

A video released by the Pleasant Prairie Police Department showcases a truck evading police, leading to a prolonged pursuit on January 14, 2025. This pursuit involved a joint effort between the Racine County Sheriff’s Office and the Wisconsin State Patrol.

The officers successfully used stop-sticks, which safely brought the truck to a stop.

Two women, one from Florida and the other from Cudahy, Wisconsin, were apprehended by authorities without incident. During the arrest, a firearm was confiscated. The driver is now facing multiple felony charges.
