Wisconsin Man Arrested For Driving Under The Influence With Son In Vehicle After Crash

A 33-year-old Loganville man was detained early Tuesday morning for allegedly driving under the influence with his 10-year-old son as a passenger.

The Sauk County Sheriff’s Office said that approximately 2:45 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a single-vehicle accident on State Highway 23 near Highland Road in the township of Westfield.

When officials arrived, they recognized the driver as Joshua D. Bock. Deputies discovered indicators of intoxication, and Bock’s 10-year-old son was a passenger in the vehicle.

Both Bock and his son were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Following an inquiry, Bock was arrested for his fourth incident of operating while intoxicated (OWI) with a minor in the vehicle.
