Emily A. Bugler, a 40-year-old resident of 65 New Road, East Providence, was apprehended by troopers at 9:27 a.m. The arrest took place due to an affidavit and arrest warrant issued for the offense of driving after denial, suspension, or revocation of license – fourth and subsequent.
The arrest happened as a result of an investigation carried out by the barracks, with assistance from the East Providence Police.
Bugler underwent processing at the Lincoln Woods Barracks before being transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
Mirian Mazuelos, 48, residing at 100 Burns Street, Apartment #2A, Providence, was apprehended by troopers at 10:01 a.m. She was taken into custody based on several outstanding warrants.
The individual had a Superior Court bench warrant for not showing up for their arraignment on a shoplifting charge. Additionally, they had two Third District Court bench warrants for failing to appear in court for charges of driving with a suspended license and driving without a valid license.
Mazuelos was apprehended after being pulled over on Route 95 in Warwick during a routine traffic stop.
After being processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, she was transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
David Perkins, 21, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, was apprehended by troopers at precisely 11:17 a.m. for domestic violence – simple assault, based on an affidavit and arrest warrant.
Perkins was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Charles Street in Providence.
After being processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, he was then transported to the Providence Police Department.
David Delomba, 38, of 662 Hartford Avenue, Providence, was apprehended by troopers at 12:08 p.m. They arrested him based on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant. The warrant was issued because he failed to appear for arraignment on charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstructing an officer.
Delomba found himself in handcuffs after being pulled over on Hawkins Street in Providence.
After being processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, he was transported to Sixth Division District Court for his arraignment.
Johnathan Brito, 21, from 418 Webster Avenue in Providence, was apprehended by troopers at 12:44 a.m. He is facing charges of domestic violence, including simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
An investigation into a disabled motor vehicle on Route 10 North in Cranston led to the arrest.
Brito was processed at Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and then released into the care of a responsible adult.
