Deputies made an effort to pull over the driver, identified as 22-year-old Zachri Frazier, in the 4700 block of NW 155th Street, but he chose to flee instead.

Frazier was caught and charged with several offenses after a short chase, including fleeing from law enforcement, grand theft of a motor vehicle, providing false identification, and driving without a license.
