A 17-year-old teenager from Bexar County was taken into custody after shooting a dog, dragging it behind his motorcycle, and reportedly burying it in the woods. Witnesses managed to capture a video of the disturbing incident, which was later shared with a police deputy, ultimately leading to the arrest of the teenager.
When questioned by police, Michael Christopher George said that he had to shoot the dog because it bit one of his siblings. Police arrested him for animal cruelty, a third-degree felony in Texas that carries a 2 to 10 year prison sentence and a $10,000 fine.
Since then, they have released George on bond.
