Following a successful warrant service, an adult male classified as one of Texas’ Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives was arrested for murder. The arrest occurred in the 12500 block of Kuykendahl Road, according to a press release from Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit captured the suspect with help from the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Violent Crimes Unit. The man was a “Featured Fugitive” on the Texas 10 Most Wanted list, according to the source.
