Police: Man Who Was Caught On Camera Saying Racist And Sexist Rant At Wm Phoenix Open Was Also Apprehended

According to the Scottsdale Police Department, a man who was captured on camera delivering a racist and sexist rant at the WM Phoenix Open has been arrested.

A 19-year-old man named Brandtbert Brudenell was caught on video making racist and sexist comments at the WM Phoenix Open. After the video went viral on social media, Brudenell’s employer decided to fire him from his job.

According to 12News, although there is a police report associated with the video, Scottsdale police have stated that Brudenell was arrested later on for a different incident.

Brudenell was discovered walking on the WM Phoenix Open Course near the 2nd hole while it was closed on Thursday, as stated by the police. Despite being approached by officers, Brudenell adamantly refused to vacate the premises.

According to the police, Brudenell had been reported by ProEm Security for having a history of running away from them.

Brudenell was taken into custody at TPC at approximately 7:45 p.m. on Thursday. The charges against him include criminal trespass, refusing to disclose his true identity, and being under 21 years old with alcohol in his system, as stated by the police.

He was taken to the Scottsdale City Jail.
