Pennsylvania Couple Faces Charges Following 2 Children Test Positive For Drugs

Police charged a man and woman with felony child endangerment after two toddlers in their care tested positive for cocaine and THC.

Paige Giles, 31, and Patrick Milliren, 29, were charged and freed on $25,000 unsecured bail after an inquiry initiated by a ChildLine referral.

Authorities claim the couple routinely used cocaine and marijuana inside their old home on Alcoa Drive while their children, ages 5 and 2, were present. Drug tests done in December and January confirmed that both youngsters had been exposed.

Milliren allegedly admitted to consuming cocaine at least 100 times at home over several years. The case continues under investigation.
