New Jersey Man Sentenced To 157 Years For Repeatedly Raping Senior Citizen

A senior woman who was repeatedly raped has received justice as a 52-year-old man from Pine Hill has been sentenced to spend the rest of his life in prison. The severity of his actions is reflected in the sentence, which exceeds a century.

Adam Natal received a sentence of 157 years in state prison on Thursday.

Months prior, he had been found guilty of 56 counts of second-degree sexual assault, along with other offenses.

According to the No Early Release Act, Natal would be required to serve a minimum of 127 years before becoming eligible for parole.

The victim, who is now 75 years old, testified during the trial that the assaults had been happening at Natal’s own borough home from November 2017 until March 2022.

According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace MacAulay, the police were presented with evidence that ultimately led to the arrest of the suspect.

In Camden County Superior Court, Natal has been found guilty by a jury of several charges, including aggravated assault, aggravated assault on a victim of domestic violence, invasion of privacy, and witness tampering. All of these charges are considered third-degree offenses.

He was also convicted of endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree.

The authorities did not release any additional information to the public, relationship between Natal and the victim.
