Fugitive Arrested in Colorado on Child Exploitation Charges
Denver, CO – David Lane Stogner, a 46-year-old man from Columbia, Mississippi, was arrested by the Denver Police Department on November 25th. Stogner was wanted on charges of child molestation and exploitation.
Stogner had been on the run since 2021 when an indictment for child exploitation and child molestation was issued against him. Authorities believe he had been living in Colorado under the alias of Jessie Mauldin.
In addition to the child exploitation charges, Stogner is also facing burglary charges in the Denver area.
Once extradition proceedings are complete, Stogner will be returned to Mississippi to face the charges against him.
