A man wanted by authorities in Texas sparked a foot chase with Columbia police officers on Wednesday in Columbia, Mississippi.
Petcorrous McClendon, a 28-year-old, was taken into custody by officers in the vicinity of Tanglewood Drive and Bennett Street.
When McClendon was captured, he was wearing a ski mask.
McClendon’s true identity came to light when authorities discovered that he was wanted in Collin County, Texas for robbery.
He faced charges of disorderly conduct, including failure to comply with the commands of law enforcement and resisting arrest.
