Donovan Ray was taken into custody earlier this month for his alleged involvement in a 2017 rape case involving a 12-year-old girl in Lawton, Oklahoma.
This marks the seventh arrest made since the Attorney General launched the Ten Most Wanted List.
According to officials, Ray was located and apprehended following the receipt of 30 separate phone calls to the tipline, providing information on his potential whereabouts.
AG Drummond emphasized the significance of these tips in a statement.
“The list is aimed at enlisting the help of Oklahomans so these individuals can face accountability for their alleged crimes,” Drummond said.
