ICE And FBI Detained seven criminal undocumented immigrants in Northern Virginia operation

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), working alongside the FBI, apprehended seven individuals without legal documentation during a law enforcement operation in Annandale on February 5, according to officials.

“These seven individuals were in the Northern Virginia area in violation of U.S. immigration laws,” said Patrick Divver, acting field office director for ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Washington, D.C. “We take this mission extremely seriously, and we will continue to arrest and remove alien offenders.”

The authorities apprehended several individuals, including:

    • A 51-year-old Mexican national previously deported and convicted of DWI in Prince William County in April 2024.
    • A 36-year-old Nicaraguan national who refused to leave the U.S. despite a removal order issued by an immigration judge on January 24.
    • A 24-year-old Honduran national who entered the U.S. illegally without inspection.
    • A 22-year-old Salvadoran national previously apprehended after unlawfully crossing the border in June 2019.
    • A 32-year-old Guatemalan national who entered legally but violated the terms of his admission.
    • Two additional Guatemalan nationals, ages 24 and 30, who entered the U.S. illegally without inspection or parole.

ICE officials are strongly committed to enforcing immigration laws and prioritizing public safety. They actively encourage the public to report any crimes or suspicious activity by either calling 866-DHS-2-ICE (866-347-2423) or submitting an online tip.
