Dr. Marco Saucedo, a former Nogales OB-GYN, was sentenced to 40 years in prison on November 15, 2024, following his guilty pleas to charges of sexual abuse and attempted sexual assault on Sept. 23. spanning over two decades.
The charges date back to 2002, with incidents as recent as 2022. Saucedo also pleaded no contest to two additional charges of attempted sexual assault in September. While he initially faced 14 charges, eight were dismissed during the proceedings.
