In a shocking incident in Will County, Illinois, armed robbers targeted a couple and a woman with a baby, stealing their money. The police are currently conducting an extensive search to apprehend the perpetrators.
The Will County Sheriff’s Office reported that the robbery took place at East 12000N Road in unincorporated eastern Will County, near Peotone and Beecher.

Here’s what we know: A Peotone family was robbed around 9:30 p.m., prompting a response from the police.
While heading westbound and nearing South Kedzie Avenue, the family made a decision to pull over to the side of the road. Their intention was to replace a flat tire on their Honda SUV. Both the husband and wife stepped out of the vehicle to handle the tire change.
As the family was traveling eastbound, a big SUV, with a dark color, approached them. Inside the vehicle were three males who offered their assistance to the family.
The robbers insisted that the victims surrender their valuable possessions.
The driver surrendered his wallet, while his wife handed over some cash to the assailants. Meanwhile, a woman seated in the car handed the men a diaper bag containing her wallet.
The robbers hopped back into their SUV and made their getaway.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene to assess the well-being of the victims, who appeared visibly distressed but fortunately sustained no injuries.
The Will County sheriff’s deputies have also informed the Kankakee and Lake County, Indiana, police about the incident and urged them to remain vigilant for the culprits.
The police initiated a search of the vicinity to locate the individuals responsible and to gather any available surveillance footage of their movements.
By Saturday morning, authorities had not located or apprehended them.

Here are some actions you can take: According to the police, the suspects were described as tall Black men with beards, wearing dark clothing and hats.
The SUV they had was a spacious and dark-colored vehicle, possibly a Chevrolet Suburban or a Tahoe.
