Daryl Beckett Wanted And Ronald Collins Apprehended In I-95 Murder

A man from Chester is still on the run, while another has been apprehended, in connection with a fatal highway shooting in Delaware County. The incident, which occurred on December 23, 2024, resulted in the death of one man and the injury of another, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Chris Gordy was discovered fatally shot in a vehicle on I-95 northbound at mile marker 1.6 in Upper Chichester Township at approximately 1:22 a.m. on October 7, 2023, according to troopers. Additionally, a passenger in the vehicle was also found with gunshot wounds.

Ronald Collins, a 36-year-old resident of Chester, was apprehended on December 12th. He has been charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy, and violations of the Uniform Firearms Act, according to the authorities.
