Constables Recover Stolen Tools Worth Thousands, Suspects Apprehended

Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested two individuals after conducting a traffic stop, which resulted in the retrieval of stolen tools worth thousands of dollars.

On March 1, 2025, authorities apprehended Jontavious Hall and Deandrenique Colomb during a routine stop on Spring Cypress Road. Following a thorough investigation, it was discovered that Hall and Colomb were found with a substantial quantity of stolen tools. Constable Mark Herman’s Office has confirmed that these tools will be returned to their respective owners, as stated in a press release.

Constable Mark Herman announced that Jontavious Hall and Deandrenique Colomb have been apprehended and charged with three counts of Burglary of Motor Vehicle each. Both individuals have been booked into the Harris County Jail, with their bonds set at $300.00 each in County Court 7.
