Constables apprehend two women for shoplifting at Target

Two women were arrested for shoplifting at a Target store on December 3, 2024, after allegedly concealing merchandise worth more than $788, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4. Officers allegedly captured the suspects in a car after they fled the area.

The event occurred at Target, which is located in the 19500 block of North Freeway. Deputies identified the two suspects as Chansaique Collins and Lioneicia Malveaux. Constable Mark Herman announced the discovery and return of the stolen merchandise to the store.

“Both suspects were arrested and booked into Harris County Jail,” Herman said. “Chansaique Collins was charged with Felony Theft with 2 Prior Convictions. Lioneicia Malveaux was charged with Misdemeanor Theft. Their bond and court information have not been set at this time.”
