The Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section is seeking the help of the public in finding Tylasia Claudia Russell, a 24-year-old woman reported missing.
Russell was last spotted on Thursday, December 26, 2024, around 10:00 a.m., in the 1500 block of Forest Glen Road in Silver Spring. She stands at 5 feet tall, has brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen donning black framed eyeglasses along with black and red colored pajama pants.
