Authorities in Arizona join federal search for Arkansas manslaughter suspect

A teenager suspected of murdering a teen girl in Arkansas in 2022 is currently at large, with authorities speculating that he may be hiding in the Valley.

Alexus Lien Nguyen, 17, was tragically shot and killed on April 13, 2022, according to a spokesperson from the Rogers City Police in Arkansas.

During the investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect as Alejandro Zenon-Reyes, who is now 17 years old. A warrant was then issued for his arrest, charging him with manslaughter.

According to officials, Zenon-Reyes has left Arkansas to evade capture.

Zenon-Reyes has connections to various cities across the United States, including Phoenix, Wichita, Arkansas City, West Covina, Dallas, and Fort Worth. According to the United States Marshals Service, these are the locations where Zenon-Reyes has ties.

A court order has been issued to release Zenon-Reyes’ information due to his status as a juvenile.

The U.S. Marshals have announced a $5,000 reward for any information that can lead to the arrest of Zenon-Reyes.

The investigation is still ongoing.
