Capt. Eric Richard Hart, 34, from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on December 28 while providing support for Operation Inherent Resolve in the Middle East, according to a statement from the National Guard.
According to the National Guard, Hart was assigned to the Indiana National Guard’s Headquarters & Headquarters Battalion, 38th Infantry Division.
