An Ohio Couple Is Charged With Fraudulent Credit Card Investigations

An investigation into a fraudulent operator’s license and credit card used at a Hopkinsville business resulted in multiple accusations against an Ohio couple Tuesday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say they went to the hotel room of Domonique Nicholson, 25, and Michael Moore, 26, around 4:20 a.m. after they purchased a vehicle from Car Connection using a false operator’s license and credit card.

Marijuana, a credit card embossing machine, and counterfeit credit cards were allegedly discovered in the room.

They were both detained and charged with fraudulent credit card use, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, marijuana possession, and first-degree unauthorized computer access.

Nicholson was also charged with displaying or possessing a canceled or fraudulent operator’s license.
