12 people apprehended in Puna warrant sweep

The Puna Community Policing Section and Puna Patrol of the Hawai‘i Police Department recently carried out a warrant sweep resulting in the arrest of 12 individuals who were wanted on a combined total of 17 outstanding warrants.

The individuals had warrants for different offenses, including contempt of court, failure to appear, and violation of conditions of release.

The authorities apprehended a group of twelve individuals on January 21. Among them were nine men and three women.

    • 31-year old Keoki Onipa’a Paasch of Pāhoa.
    • 39-year-old Jonovan Stanton Sojot of Pāhoa.
    • 29-year-old Kekoa Kohala Kawika Kahalewai-Ke of Pāhoa.
    • 29-year-old Kalannie Monique Ada of Pāhoa.
    • 35-year-old Jordan Estelle of Pāhoa.
    • 24-year-old Deatrayn Alvarez of Pāhoa.
    • 36-year-old Rose Uribes of Pāhoa.
    • 41-year-old Patrick Richardson of Pāhoa.
    • 33-year-old Linita Kapeli-Spencer of Pāhoa.
    • 39-year-old Kasey Bell of Pāhoa.
    • 31-year-old Bradley Nartatez of Kea‘au.
    • 57-year-old Arthur Mahoe of Kea‘au.
