A man from New Hampshire struck it lucky when he played the lottery in Massachusetts and won a prize of $25,000 annually for the rest of his life.

During a Lucky for Life drawing held on November 16, 2024, Joseph DeFeudis, a resident of Pelham, New Hampshire, emerged as the lucky winner of $25,000 per year for life. The numbers on DeFeudis’ ticket perfectly matched the drawn numbers, securing his life-changing prize.

Ted’s Stateline Mobil at 551 Broadway in Methuen was where he purchased his winning ticket.

On January 2nd, DeFeudis came forward to claim his prize and opted for the cash option, receiving a lump sum of $390,000 before taxes.

The Massachusetts State Lottery officials were informed by the New Hampshire man that he intends to retire with his prize.
