Detectives have made a breakthrough in an unsolved December double murder case in North Philadelphia.
On December 19, police arrested Bilal Simmons, 46, for shooting a couple to death.
In the 1800 block of West Diamond Street, Terrell Sanders, 39, and his girlfriend Jocelynn Marshall, 35, met their demise inside Sanders’ apartment.
So far, investigators have not revealed what prompted the crime.
