Multiple School Districts In Ohio Were Closed Tuesday Due To Snow

Schools in Ohio are shutting down tomorrow due to snow emergencies and dangerous road conditions.

Multiple counties are currently facing different levels of snow emergencies, leading to closures and necessary adjustments in remote learning.

A Level 2 Snow Emergency in Fairfield County has led to the closure of Amanda Clearcreek Local Schools and Fairfield Union Local Schools tomorrow.

Circleville City Schools in Pickaway County, as well as Teays Valley Local Schools and Jackson City Schools, have also decided to close due to the current weather conditions. This decision comes as Pickaway County is currently under a Level 3 Snow Emergency.

Logan Hocking Local Schools in Hocking County, which is currently under a Level 3 Snow Emergency, will be closed tomorrow.

Ross County is currently experiencing a Level 3 Snow Emergency, resulting in the closure of several schools in the area. Bishop Flaget School, Pickaway Ross Vocational Center, Union Scioto Local Schools, and Ross County Christian Academy are all closed due to the inclement weather conditions.

Several schools in different counties have also closed due to the outbreak. These include Maysville Schools and Franklin Local Schools in Muskingum County, New Lexington City Schools in Perry County, Ridgewood Local Schools in Coshocton County, and Wellston City Schools in Jackson County.

The Conservatory of Piano in Franklin County will be implementing remote learning.

JATC Plumbers & Pipe Fitters have decided to cancel their evening classes due to business-related closures. Similarly, Trimold, LLC has also canceled its second shift.
