A Man Is Accused Of Using Uber To Transport Cocaine Through Harris County

Constable Mark Herman’s Office reported that a man was apprehended in Spring, Texas, on allegations of utilizing an Uber vehicle to transport cocaine in the Houston area.

Deputies were called to the 23500 block of Montague Drive in Spring on Wednesday in response to a disturbance.

Bunsi Amin, the suspect, was apprehended when it came to light that he had employed an Uber driver to transport cocaine to a different destination.

Amin allegedly confessed to sending the package containing 3.76 grams of cocaine with the Uber Driver.

Amin was taken into custody and subsequently processed at the Harris County Jail. He is facing charges for possession with the intention to distribute.

No bond or court information has been set for him at this time.
