A teenager was apprehended outside a school in Omaha on Friday.
Omaha Police have confirmed that they responded to an incident outside Marrs Middle School near South 19th and U Street on Friday afternoon.
According to the OPD, a fight broke out outside the school, during which a 17-year-old was discovered to be in possession of a firearm.
The teenager, who was not enrolled at Marrs, was apprehended and placed under arrest. They were then booked into the Douglas County Youth Center on a charge of making terroristic threats.
According to the police, there were no injuries reported in the incident.
