3 Individuals Arrested By Texas Constables For Firing Guns In Celebration On New Year’s Day

Three men were taken into custody after they were found firing celebratory shots during New Year festivities in a residential area, as reported by Harris County Constable Precinct 4. On January 1, 2025, deputies promptly responded to the incident that unfolded on Spanish Oak Drive in Houston, Texas.

The individuals involved have been identified as Luis Monterrosa, Osbaldo Moncado, and Martin Moncada. They were apprehended at the scene and subsequently arrested. Constable Mark Herman stated, “All three suspects have been arrested and are now being held in the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Deadly Conduct.” Monterrosa and Moncado have been assigned a bond of $15,000 each, while Moncada’s bond has been set at $10,000, all by the 482nd District Court.
