The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office has filed charges against 20 individuals in relation to a Medicaid fraud scheme that involved millions of dollars.
The Attorney General’s Office has accused Stephanie Mobley, the owner of ComfortZone Home Health Care, LLC in Bala Cynwyd, along with her daughter, Naya Campbell, and 18 others, of conspiring to defraud the program. They allegedly submitted claims for reimbursement for services that were never actually provided.

A comprehensive two-year investigation has resulted in charges being filed against all 20 defendants. The charges include Medicaid fraud, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, tampering with public records, and conspiracy.
“The Medicaid program is designed to help vulnerable people in the Commonwealth, not line the pockets of those who deliberately exploit it,” Attorney General Henry said. “Every dollar stolen from the Medicaid program deprives an individual or family in need of funding that could have paid for essential services.”
